Jiahong was founded by Kevin Chao, CEO, to perform character repair on OCR rejects for health claims. After initial success, the operation was expanded to perform quality control and full key data entry from health claim images which are not able to be recognized with OCR. The data entry operation has been expanded to process many different types of claims, surveys and business forms at exceptional accuracy rates.

Our success begins with the hiring of energetic and enthusiastic employees. The Training, Testing, Production, and Quality Control aspects are tightly managed to deliver results.

Training and Competency Testing

Jiahong has developed and utilizes a rigorous four stage training and competency testing program including English handprint recognition, name analysis, USA address analysis, form type identification, form content analysis, project rule book training, BPO skills, data entry skills, teamwork practice and quality control.

Production Teams

The daily quality and efficiency success is largely attributed to Jiahong’s team concepts. All compensation including incentive awards and penalties for production staff are provided at the team level, rather than at the individual level. The team compensation criteria are aligned with customer service level agreements. It is very important to everyone in the company that customers are served at the highest levels to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

 
 
BPO Training

Jiahong has received an exclusive contract for BPO training for the Heilongjiang Province (State of Heilongjiang). Beginning September 2008, Jiahong will be performing this training under the name of Heilongjiang Province Service Outsourcing Enterprises Training Base.

As early as the end of 2006, Jiahong BPO training was already the largest professional services personnel training base for BPO in the Heilongjiang Province with the integration of scientific research, training, marketing and consulting.

The base has two BPO Practice Rooms, a QA laboratory, an IT laboratory, two multi-media classrooms, a library for service outsourcing. The 16,000 square foot facility will be used to train 2,000 professionals on BPO operations. The country of China mandates this training for all professionals within the BPO industry. This training facility will provide human resources for Jiahong as needed.
